Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. On average, approximately 4,000 Canadians take their own life each year, of those suicides; 75% are men. This Movember our team is joining together to raise money for those men. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
