My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

My Movember is dedicated to two of my best friends who we lost too early in 2018 and 2020. Mike Lalande and Brian Correira are two friends who had a huge impact on my life who the world lost to mental health complications, and my friends and I will never get the chance to hang out and laugh with them again. So many people suffer from depression or other mental illnesses in silence and we can't let it happen anymore.

Reach out to your friends and family, even if it's just to ask them, "are you okay?" Donate to a Mo Bro this year to help raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention amongst men and women around the world.
