My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I participate in Movember each year to speak up for and to remember my dad, uncles, grandfathers, fathers, brothers, cousins, and friends who have passed away from or who are currently battling cancer or mental health issues. Together we can support each other for a stronger, brighter tomorrow.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

I have included some facts to help share my motivation to participate and support the Movember cause.

Globally, more than 1.4M men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. Movember is working to reduce the number of deaths from prostate cancer, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.

Testicular cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in young men. Movember is working to reduce the number of deaths from testicular cancer, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
