My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

As someone who has suffered from anxiety and depression, I know that there is still a long way to go for the resources to be there for sufferers the same way they are for many physical ailments. It is my hope that through raising funds and awareness that I can contribute to this in some small way.
