As a prostate cancer survivor, I have faced numerous challenges head-on and emerged stronger than ever before.

Beyond conquering physical health hurdles, I triumphed over the darkest moments of depression and intense suicide ideation. My unwavering determination led me to discover the innate power of hope and resilience that resides in each and every one of us.

Today, I stand tall as a testament to our unbreakable spirit.

I walked 9 km01:50:00

What a super fall day it was yesterday! Managed to log 9Km with my wife and youngest daughter and youngest G-kid walking along the "Friendship" Trail near Duncan.
It was also a time to reflect how lucky I am to "GET" to do this. Sadly many get to.

Thank you family and friends for another successful Movember campaign! We made the target and exceeded it!
There were 28 donors this year which produced 54 tickets for the photo draw and we have a winner of the metal print - "Below the Falls"
