When cancer hits close to home, that’s when it gets real. That’s why this year, I am dedicating my Movember campaign to my cousin Paul who was diagnosed testicular cancer this past summer. Our goal this year is to spread awareness to all men out there – early detection is critical and can save your life.

For those who may not be aware, the Movember Foundation aims to raise awareness of men’s health issues and make a difference in mental health and suicide prevention, along with various cancers.
