Hey Fabulous Friends and Family!

As someone who's had the privilege (or should I say the challenge?) of being close to some incredible men battling their own health issues, and having my own mental health rollercoaster ride, I couldn't let Movember pass by without joining the fight! For the last 15 years, I've been rocking the 'stache for a cause, and this year is no different!

The Movember Foundation is the only global charity laser-focused on men’s health. So, this November, I’m donning my finest upper lip fuzz to raise funds for tackling some serious issues: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and the all-too-common struggle with mental health.

Let’s face it, we need to stop men from checking out too early! So, if you’ve ever laughed at my attempts at facial hair or just want to support a great cause, please consider donating. Every dollar counts, and I promise to keep you entertained with my mustache-growing journey (and maybe some questionable selfies)!
