For my fourteenth year, I am hoping to make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. I do this in memory of my grandfather who lost his life to prostate cancer.

In addition to growing my epic Mo, I am taking aim at strength training! Squats / Bench Press / Barbell Rows / Deadlifts / OH Press. Using just these 5 exercises and free weights, I plan to push/pull/lift 1 kilo for every penny raised this month!

Challenge completed - 14 sessions - 300,002 KG lifted!
