My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer – the Movember Foundation is taking them all on. One or more of these issues is impacting most of our lives.

Personally, I have been affected by suicide - losing a very close friend to mental health issues in 2006.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence - and alone. Movember focuses on prevention, early intervention and health promotion – working towards a world where men take action to be mentally well, and are supported by those around them.
