Out here in the North Montney, things get cold fast — but our moustaches are just heating up.

We’re Flare Stack Fuzz, a crew of Petronas Canada field and gas plant operators doing our part to support men’s health. Out here, the pressure isn’t just in the pipes — it’s in the people. Long shifts, harsh weather, and time away from family can take a real toll on mental health. Too many good men in this industry carry heavy loads in silence, thinking toughness means keeping it all in.

This Movember, we’re growing the Mo to help change that. Every moustache, every conversation, every dollar raised helps shine a light on men’s mental health — reminding the guys in the field, the plant, and beyond that it’s okay to talk, it’s okay to ask for help, and it’s okay not to be okay.
