Hey 7th Man,

We’re back for Year Two of Movember — and this time, we’re going bigger.

Last year, we grew the ’staches. This year, we’re growing impact.

Men’s health affects all of us — our teammates, our families, our friends, and our community. Movember shines a light on the issues that don’t always get talked about: mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Too many men are struggling in silence, and that’s not something we can ignore.

Movember isn’t just about facial hair.
It’s about starting conversations that matter.
It’s about showing up for the guy beside you — on the ice, in the locker room, in life.

Whether you donate, grow a mustache, or share our page, you’re helping change the face of men’s health.
