6x V1 Redpoint - all 1st Go - (extra repetitions on previously topped problems)
1x V2 mini project - topped on ~10th Go
(Black route in photo)

Great to finally figure it out and keep giving myself positive reaffirmations that I could do it. Seemed tough for V2. Ahhh that was a good feeling to soak in and such a great sense of accomplishment.

Who knows, maybe a V3 project is in order

Extensive body scan and sense meditation followed by mindful movements.
Also, physio had me doing some tough exercises.

It’s hard for me not to be able to run. But as a dear friend once said “put in peaceful work” - Brea M.

And I’m so grateful to be able to lead and captain this incredible team

We are so grateful for your support.
We are humbled to have smashed our fundraising goal, and are enjoying Mo’ving our way to our fitness and mindfulness goals.

We are here to break the stigma, redefine what ‘being a man’ is, and encourage healthier, more balanced living. Mo’vement is key, as well as deep, meaningful connections.
#ItsOKtoNotBeOK, and there are supports for you.

We have been running, cycling, swimming, climbing, squatting, and other Mo’vements for the cause. Some attend to injuries, but still find ways to Mo’ve.

Stay tuned for some fun activities in the final push.

Thanks again,
- Captain Michael

Michael Rebak: I ran 7 km00:42:55

I’m being kind to myself, I’m recognising my accomplishments. 7km was short of my intention, but not a short distance. My time was decent. And I got out and did it even when my body was not feeling it’s best once I got out. I was kind to myself when I listened to my knees, and stopped for today. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.

Team, friends, supporters.

What a month it has been so far. Truly blown away by the support of this team, our supporters via donations, getting Mo’ving, and I believe most importantly, talking about mental health.
We will #EndTheStigma
We will end suicide.

We’re nearly at our Mo’ving goal.
3,600 x 30 days... x2
Why times two?
One for our own mental health, and one for the world.

Let’s get at it this next week with everything we have, and remember the countless lives lost to this nasty illness, and how many lives we’re saving.

Day 15 - The halfway point

We’ve demolished our fundraising team goal of $500. When I started this team, that was what I thought would be a lofty goal... the outpouring of support both in donations and conversation has been at times overwhelming.

Thank you.

We’re not even close to done yet. We’re going to push even harder in the last half to set a high-water mark for next year both in dollars and kilometres.

We are Mo’ving a ton out there; I’ve personally ran over 100km.
Make no mistake, I’m saving my own life here too.

Thanks for the support

Day 5 of the 60x60 (3,600 metres and more) every day of Movember. I feel strong on the runs but my body hurts.

Thanks for the support and generosity thus far. We’re not done yet, and going to keep running and fighting until we put an end to suicide.

We surpassed our team goal of $500 early on, but we need to keep up momentum.

I’m running extra, about double the 60x60 (3,600 metres) each day because my struggle to keep running is nothing compared to the struggle facing so many with mental illness. We’re helping.

Let’s keep Mo’ving and donating

Thanks again,

Michael
