Amount raised last year: $1,230
Our Motivation

This is a call out to all our Mo-bros and Mo-sistas; To grow a MO or get MOving this November. We want to call attention to the very real challenges Men (and Women) face when dealing with Mental, Emotional and Physical Health concerns.

So grow your MO, grab some friends and getting MOving and get the word out that health matters; that you can get checked, or check in with someone in need and there always is time to check out the latest health information.

Great work team! we managed to raise $1395 beating last years amount. And I am happy to report I do not need to Burry Baby Face because resoundingly people donated to keep the Bristly Bro warm a little longer lol.

Checking in with the Team we are just past the halfway point. Thanks for joining in this year keep up the good work. Reminder to share out you Movember link or the team link for donations and encourage others to get involved with this great cause. We are currently at $545 hoping we can top last year. They managed the over $1200 with a small 3 man team active. I bet we can do better if we push. Good luck and Mo on!

Hey Team! as Movember 2021 is fast approaching I wanted to just encourage you to remind people about Movember this year. Last year this team raised just over $1200, hopefully this year we can surpass that number. I would encourage you to recruit not just Mo Bros but Mo sisters and Non-Binary Mo's to join us in raising awareness of Men's Health Issues. Lets see if we can push past last year and raise more awareness and funds! Remember there are many ways to raise money for this great cause.

Previous year's posts

Well done for a 3 man team! I bid you all good bye as I will be moving on next year. It has been a blast as I was one of the originals with BCNU Men In Nursing 10 years ago. Thank you to all and keep up the good work. Men In Nursing is a special breed and I was proud to be part of it.

We’re almost there.

Remind yourself and everyone around you why you’re doing Movember: the money you raise will help fund groundbreaking work in mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Every dollar will make a real difference in the lives of real men including myself and someone you know and/or love.

Half way through Movember, let's get those donations happening. It is Mo month! This is such a worthwhile cause, it could save your life one day, never mind the thousands it is saving every day across the globe.

Hey gents, all the best in this new "Mo" season. Let's have a blast doing this again this year.

Well, after a couple of days off because of night shifts. JJ, Brielle, Glenda and I went for a walk. JJ decided that he wanted to keep sitting on the cold ground, starting roughly half way on the walk. Then he kept walking in front of me, in an effort to get me to carry him. I am sorry, JJ but you are so strong and full of muscle now that you are too heavy to carry that far up hill and up the stairs near the end.

Good job you still had the energy for the final 200 metre run to home....
