We are a group of men and women. Strong (could be stronger), proud (not too proud to grow a moustache), and caring (everyone needs a hug once in a while!) We care about our health, and the health of our fellow men. Brothers, sons, fathers, grandfathers, uncles, cousins. Please help us spread the word, and fundraise for men's health research and awareness.

WOW - we've exceeded the $2000 goal with 11 days to go! Yes, this goal was an arbitrary number based on my hopes of getting a few people involved, and being our first year together as a team, didn't think too much of it but we're cruising through and the month isn't over. Let's keep at it.

This week's team pic will be the usual 7pm on Thursday night, the last one before the big Movember 30!

Hey team... we've got a good push and have $750 to go before we hit our breezy $2000 goal! Keep up the great work!

I'm going to schedule this week's team picture for Thursday at 7pm again. Just a heads up, I'm on baby watch so will post/email with any updates, or you guys can organize one in my absence!

Hey team! Hope you all enjoyed your first furry weekend... People are staring at you no doubt - due to your exposed epidermis.

We're going to take our next group picture this Thursday Movember 7 at 7pm. Again, I know we won't get everyone in every picture but if you can make it out to one of them - super!

I'd like to challenge you all to recruit one more member each to try and grow our team so increase the impact we have on this campaign for men's mental and physical health.
