Once again this Movember, Astellas Pharma Canada is raising funds for men's health. Will you help support this important cause?

It doesn’t matter if you’re a Mo Bro or a Mo Sista, Movember is for everyone. Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men worldwide, and the Movember Foundation is working to halve the number of deaths from prostate and testicular cancer by 2030. Astellas wants to help them get there.

I am happy to donate to the Astellas Movember Team for this very important initiative. It is near and dear to me as I lost my Father-in-Law to prostate cancer 26 years ago. I know many great strides have been made since then to improve men's health and find ways to beat prostate cancer. This can only be achieved by research and education which I am keen to support.

Proud to be part of Team Astellas and this great cause

This morning Astellas Pharma Canada issued a press release encouraging Canadians to join us in raising awareness of prostate cancer by posting to social media using the hashtag #flashyourstache. For every Instagram, Facebook or Twitter hash-tagged post or selfie – (moustaches are optional) – that mentions #flashyourstache, Astellas Pharma Canada will donate $5, up to a maximum of $50,000, to Movember Canada. The #flashyourstache campaign will run until December 15th.
