Movember Dodge ball is back and we could not be more excited!!!
Gather your friends, relatives, or co workers and enter a team to help your Mission Firefighter's Raise funds and awareness for Movember!
Mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer – we’re taking them all on!!
The entry Fee of $200 per team of 8 players will directly support Movember Canada
There will be a maximum of 30 team so be sure to register early.
Registration packages are available through email to sbarratt@mission.ca or in person at Mission Fire station 1

This week I moved for Movember with a hike to steelhead falls. Getting outside for some exercise is a great way to clear your mind, Reflect on what’s great about life, and improve your physical and mental health. 3 out of 4 suicides globally are men and Movember is here to change that check out what their doing and find resources @ the following link: https://ca.movember.com/about/mental-health Thank you for everyone’s support so far and keep up the great work !
