My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. During the pandemic, we have seen rates skyrocket, in some cases as much as double. Too many men are navigating this time trying to ‘tough it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is committed to making sure they have the support and resources they need, and I want to help them get there. Together, let's send a clear message to all men: I see you. You matter.
