Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

My Granddad and father-in-law both lived through the prostate cancer fight. More recently I've watched some close friends join in that fight, Some walked away, and some moved to the light. I have a friend now in hospice care, and another close friend has passed away. This one's for you brother Fred.

It's Movember again. This past year had its highs and its lows. As the year began, a long-time friend was pronounced cancer-free for over a year. As the year moved on, two friends were moved to hospice care, and as the year neared its end, I lost a dear friend.

This is my 15th Movember, and I am dedicating this year to my good friend and brother, Fred.

When I started to fundraise for Movember, I found myself thinking that this is important; I have to do this. But in doing this over the years, I realized what I meant was that I get to do this. Please support me if you can.
