My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

My Granddad and father-in-law both lived through the prostate cancer fight. More recently, I've watched some close friends join in that fight. Some walked away, and some moved to the light. I do this for them —good men, one and all.

It's Movember again. This past year had its highs and its lows. As the year began, a long-time friend was pronounced cancer-free for over a year. As the year moved on, two friends were moved to hospice care, and as the year neared its end, I lost a dear friend.

This is my 15th Movember, and I am dedicating this year to my good friend and brother, Fred.

When I started to fundraise for Movember, I found myself thinking that this is important; I have to do this. But in doing this over the years, I realized what I meant was that I get to do this. Please support me if you can.

Mo Bro Jeff
