My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Back in 2007, I took up the challenge to raise funds and awareness for men's health, and my oh my, how far we've come! Movember has taken on more than just prostate cancer! Now with our sights set on testicular cancer and men's mental health issues like suicide prevention, Movember is a cause that everyone can support.

Men young and old have problems. Sometimes they see and feel them, and sometimes they don't. But every problem deserves attention, especially those that can threaten our lives and the happiness of our families.

Movember helps men and their families talk about the things that are important, like keeping an eye on your physical and mental well being. Feeling like you can talk about your problems, and feeling like you're supported by the people around you, is key to all of this.

Hiked the Rogart Mountain Trail today. Beautiful scenery in amongst what was left of the fall colours.
Definitely felt the chill on my bare chin and upper lip.
