My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention

Why do I participate in Movember?
For starters, I lost my Dad to suicide and depression when I was 16 years old. He was 46, too young.
I fight every day to do my small part to erase the stigma and the statistics are just too painful to ignore.

-> Men are 3.5X more likely to die by suicide.
-> Globally, every minute, a man dies by suicide.
-> In Canada, 75% of suicides are men.

I would give everything to of known what I know now to save my Dad. I would give everything to have him here still.
My message is for Dad's, Brothers, Uncles, Grandpas, to every man, please live, please choose to fight, please get help.
