My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Santé mentale et prévention du suicide

La cause du Movember m'interpelle particulièrement. C'est l'occasion pour moi de démontrer mon appui à la santé masculine qui va bien au-delà du dépistage du cancer de la prostate. Aujourd'hui, prendre soin de soi prend toutes les formes comme la santé mentale. Chez les hommes, c'est encore problématique. Parler de ses émotions peut paraître comme un signe de « faiblesse ». Au Canada, trois suicides sur quatre sont commis par des hommes. Il faut qu'on en parle. En tant que père de quatre garçons, ça donne froid dans le dos.

Comme dans tout défi que je me donne, je mets la barre haute et espère lever 10 00 $ de fonds pour la santé mentale et la prévention du suicide. Je suis convaincu que vous saurez vous montrer généreux.

Pour ce faire, je sollicite famille, amis, collègues et l'ensemble de mon réseau à soutenir cette cause, que ce soit en faisant un don en argent ou en faisant vous-mêmes le Movember. Le montant, qu'il soit petit ou grand, n'est pas important; c'est le geste qui compte le plus.
