Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. As a man, it can be hard to seek help for fear of being perceived as weak, incapable, ungrounded, or a burden. However, I would argue, no one person can "do it all" on their own. Seeking help is not an act of weakness, it's a call to step up for the greater good. Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much. I love supporting my community of men. I want to raise awareness of mental health for men by creating a community space that's therapeutic and safe to feel.
