My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

There is absolutely no denying that there is an issue in the world that isn't spoke about nearly enough, that's the issues surrounding men's mental health!

I personally battle my demons everyday and nearly hit a breaking point recently. I knew it was time to get help. I seek counseling and talk to my teammates and it has really helped me get through by darkest days. The battle is never over and it may never be over but there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. it's okay to ask for help.

This month I am teaming up with the Frontenac Phantoms and we are encouraging you to join our team to fight the stigma surrounding men's mental health, grow a mustache, go for a run, be active and raise some money in the process to support a worthy cause!
