My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives.

Some people are not aware, but the end of 2018 and beginning of 2019 was not a good time for me. I suffered from anxiety and depression. it got so bad to the point I couldn't make simple decisions like what to order off a menu. The pressure I felt to decide something to simple drove me to have multiple breakdowns. I ended up take 3 1/2 months off work and my wife, who was very pregnant at the time, did not waiver in her support. during a time that I should have been supporting her, she was there for me through the darkest days. I was lucky to have her in my life. Others are not so lucky and some end up taking their lives.

I'm doing this for all my brothers out there who are having hard days, who can't find the light at the end of the tunnel and for the ones we've lost as they've struggled with their demons.
