This year, I am proud to be a part of the Movember team and help change the face on men's help by moving my body this Movember. Globally, one man takes his own life every minute, of every day. This Movember, I’m moving for them.

The mental health and suicide prevention work being done by Movember and their partners is truly extraordinary. I am passionate about this as both mental health issues and suicide have touched many men in my life. We all need to take an active part in having conversations and creating connections with the men in our lives.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
