My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

For the SPCSS community, Movember also honours a former student. In 2005, a young man by the name of Michael Campbell, walked across the stage at St. Paul as a graduate – a very proud graduate, and the typical fine representation of our school community. Shortly thereafter, Michael was diagnosed with testicular cancer and in a short timeframe, lost his battle with the disease. The ‘Movember’ movement encourages and educates men of all ages to routinely get their medical checkups, ask difficult questions, and to take a proactive approach to their personal health. Though the moustache will inevitably provide some local hilarity, it is really happening to start and promote the continued important conversations.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember the St. Paul Catholic Secondary School male staff is joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
