Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

The start of November means the start of Movember. Since 2017, all of you have raised $5613 for men's health!! My profile is opened up again for those wanting to donate and support this cause, however, this year I want to focus on the conversations surrounding men's health. Whether it be physical or mental health, everyone struggles at times. So this year I want to promote open lines of communication with the men in your lives. I want people to be able to talk openly to their family and friends about their issues and to be taken seriously about it without judgement. So, be kind to one another and lets take care of each other.

So this November join me in donating if you are able and willing, grow a moustache and check in on your homies!!!
