My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.
I've been impacted personally by suicide, losing both my father and uncle at a young age.
I believe that by ending the stigma that surrounds talking about mental health and seeking help, we can save lives.
I will be walking and running 150km minimum in the month of November. Please consider donating and I promise to track all my progress!
