Men's health
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

The Movember Foundation is the only global charity focused solely on men's health. I'm participating again in 2025 and raising funds to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and my personal favorite...poor mental health.
Life can be a challenge for us at times, and everyone has something going on in their life... so take the time, say "hello" to those around you. Sometimes that five letter word can make all the difference in the world.
Be kind to one another, and remember to check in with those around you. You never know when you could be the bro that makes a difference when someone is suffering.
