My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

A lot of us have been impacted by losses in our lives or know people that are currently battling cancer and other health concerns. You shouldn't only go to the doctor when you are feeling sick, sometimes it is those checkups when you are feeling good where they find something that might just save your life! Movember is when I book to get in for my yearly checkup and make sure I am checking in with my therapist!

I lost my father 10 years ago when he was only 59 years old. He waited to long to start taking care of himself and left us far to early. I also have a history of prostate and other cancers in my family, I am committed to setting an example to my sons and to living a long and full life!

The first time I did Movember I will admit that I joined more for the fun of growing a horrible Stache and not so much for Men's health... Now I do it to spread awareness, raise funds for research and to continue my own journey.

This year I will be growing a Stache and moving 369 km. I am moving 369 km to represent the 369 males that committed suicide in 2022.

Why do you do it?

Thank-you for your commitment and support.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.

United We Mo!!!

We are halfway through the hairy month and we're loving the engagement across the Oil & Gas industry. You've collectively passed the $400K mark and we can't wait to see what you have in store for the home stretch!

A reminder that next Tuesday we will draw 4 winners for companies to send 10 players to lace up their skates for a game of hockey against other Rumblers on NHL ice at Rogers Place arena in Edmonton on Tuesday, December 5.

How To Enter For Your Chance To Win
Companies participating in the 2023 Oil Rig Rumble Challenge will automatically receive one entry to the contest when they raise $20,000 CAD, and an additional entry for every $5,000 raised above and beyond. On November 21st we will randomly draw 4 companies from those eligible to send 10 players each to fill the roster.

The contest is open to Canadian residents, excluding Quebec and will close at 12pm MT on November 21. Winning companies will be contacted and announced later that day to claim their spots. See full terms and conditions here - https://ca.movember.com/terms.

Let's keep up the Mo-mentum!

Evan

The Oil Rig Rumble is for companies from across the industry to dig deep and go the extra mile to help change the face of men’s health.

We have a fun month ahead of us and want to make sure you have everything you need to make this Movember the best on yet so send us a note if you’re looking for details on the challenge.

New this year, we’re bringing the Rumble to the ice. In partnership with the Edmonton Oilers, your team could win the chance to lace up your skates for a game of hockey against other Rumblers on NHL ice at Rogers Place arena in Edmonton on Tuesday, December 5.

Giddy up!

The contest is open to Canadian residents, excluding Quebec and will close at 12pm MT on November 21. Winning companies will be contacted and announced later that day to claim their spots. See full terms and conditions here - https://ca.movember.com/terms.
