Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

We all feel it, we don't all talk about it. That's why every year I grow a moustache. No one should feel alone, so if one person feels they can open up because of the upper lip sweater on my face then I have made an impact. Be safe, be confident, and reach out when you need to.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
