Mental health and suicide prevention

As a survivor of 3 suicide attempts and having witnessed my father, uncles, and brothers battle prostate cancer, Movember is as real as it can get for me and my family. This is why I'm growing my 'mo, will you join me?

The Facts:
Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Globally, more than 1.4M men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. The Movember Foundation is working to halve the number of deaths from prostate cancer by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
