My motivation

Loneliness, anxiety, isolation, shame, guilt, regret, fear, doubt. These are feelings that all men have since it is a natural part of being human.

Some feel these more frequent than others and some feel these more intensely than others, although not all feel the ability to share these feelings or ask for help in dealing with them.

Suicide is the in top 3 leading causes of death for men between the ages of 10 and 45 and the in the top 5 leading causes of death for men between the ages of 10 and 65. A stat that shakes me to my core because men are dying too young due to the silent killer of mental illness.

I am again supporting the Movember movement to stand with my brothers to help break the stigma and build the support to battle this silent killer.

Help me stop men from dying too young.
