17 Years MoBro!

Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the past 16 years and helped raise funds to tackle some of the biggest health issues facing men.

I’ve been doing Movember for a long time, but this year has taken on a much more personal meaning. I recently lost someone close to me to prostate cancer. It’s a difficult reminder of why I’ve kept coming back to Movember year after year.

This year, I’m raising funds for all of my family and friends who have been affected by cancer and mental health challenges.

Too many men are still struggling in silence, feeling like they need to “tough it out” rather than ask for help. Movember is working to change that, while continuing to support prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men’s mental health.

After 17 years, the moustache may have a few more grey hairs, but the reason for growing it matters more than ever.

Thank you for your support. Let’s help stop men from dying too young.

This years shave down was tough. I've had the beard for most of 2025 and well watching the team I've cheered for my entire life lose in the finals was heartbreak but we move on and keep the fight going. Here's to another Movember! Lets Make it a good one.
