The results are in for the 2025 U of Mo Campus Challenge — and what a year it has been!

Students, clubs, societies, and campuses across Canada came together to raise $389,272 for men’s health, with 1288 students across 316 campuses taking part.

Now, to crown our campus champion.

With an impressive $30,687 raised, McMaster University is officially the 2025 U of Mo Champion.

This year saw some of the closest competition we’ve had. McGill University took silver, Concordia University secured bronze, and University of Western Ontario and University of Waterloo rounded out our top contenders.

To every student who participated — thank you. You’ve sparked conversations, raised awareness, and helped push men’s health forward within your communities.

Your leadership now helps build a healthier future later.

Week 3 is wrapping up, and campuses across Canada are absolutely crushing it. Students, clubs, faculties, and teams are stepping up — growing bold Mos, hosting events, and raising awareness for men’s mental health and prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

A special shoutout to Pringles, whose dollar match this week gave student fundraising an incredible lift. Thanks for helping amplify the impact across campuses.

See who’s climbing the campus leaderboard.

Let’s keep the student energy high as we head into the final week. Finish strong, keep spreading the word, and keep showing your campus what Movember is all about.

I'd like to thank the several anonymous donors for their generosity and support of this cause. If people donate and I know who they are, they get a personal email from me to thank them. With anonymous donors, I don't know who they are so this is my personal post to thanks them. Only you know who you are. But I hope you feel the respect and the love.

Movember 30 is just around the corner—time to ace the final exam!

Thank you for laying a strong foundation of support throughout Movember.
As we head toward the final stretch, take a moment to appreciate the hard work—you’ve raised the bar for men’s health with every Mo, every event, and every dollar raised.

Mark this deadline in your calendar: the leaderboards will officially close on Tuesday, December 10th, at 5 PM EST. That’s when we’ll award the 2024 U of Mo Champions. While donations can still come in after this deadline, they won’t count toward the leaderboard standings.

Let’s finish strong and continue to build a brighter future for men’s health together. Thank you for being the scholars of this amazing movement!

Ah, Week 3 of Movember—you’re really getting the course work now! That Mo is shaping up like a semester-long project—getting more refined with each passing day. Whether you're aiming for a sharp, well-organized look or letting it grow naturally like an open-ended assignment, you’re well on your way to a top-tier result.

Don’t let the pressure build—some regular grooming can help you keep everything in check! And remember, every hair is part of the curriculum you’re following to support men’s health.

Keep working hard and stay focused; you’re all helping us change the face of men’s health by growing, moving, hosting, and Mo’ing your own way!
