My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Havin' Fun, Doin' Good

Has always been my main motivation
Allowing me to approach sensitive subjects with kindness, respect, understanding.
It helped me identify some signs of declining mental health in the men around me.
Although Movember is men focused, we all have a bit of Movember within us, I have it in me.

Because we all need men to be healthy
Long live the Mo'Hood
