Mental health and suicide prevention

Over a decade of Movember participation I am truly grateful for the continued support. Raising awareness and understanding of the realities associated the struggles of mental health & Prostate Cancer is of importance to me and my family.

As always, the ability to embarrass myself & my significant other under the immunity of a good cause is always something I will utilize.! As I always say - it’s you that has to look at it, not me.!

In all seriousness I truly appreciate your support, be it moral or monetary (or emotional for my wife) that you can provide. Every bit counts.
