Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

To me Movember is a time to remember the men we've lost along the way. The men that have struggled with cancer and the terrible affect it has on us physically and mentally. We sometimes forget that it's "OK not to be OK". There's help out there and Movember is one of the best recourses to help us through our struggles. Keep hope, reach out, you're not alone.

Here's to the ones that lost the struggle. Here's to the people that feel the sting of loss. Here's to the ones still fighting. Here's to the people that give hope. Here's to the ones that help win the battle. Here's to you for your support.

Thank-you for your commitment and support.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.

I've been supporting Movemeber for 10 years now. I was today years old when I realized. We change our faces, so we can "Change the face of men's health".
Here's a progress photo, it's coming in nicely.

Movember is a time to remember the men we’ve lost along the way. We all know cancer is terrible, and medical science is working hard at a cure. With each breakthrough we get closer, and the survival rates go up through new treatments as a result. That’s only half the battle, this is a hard road physically and mentally.
We’ve come a long way as a society. The thought that men cannot show “weakness” when they are down, is a fading but still very much a live battle. To all the men out the struggling remember, “It’s OK not to be OK”. Speak up if you need help, there are programs and people out there willing and ready to help.
