Hello, my friends!

For the 13th year, I’ll be taking part in Movember, a cause that’s close to my heart. Having lost loved ones, I’ve seen how deeply these struggles affect not only the men themselves, but also the families and friends who care about them.

We’re often taught that men should be strong and keep going, but the truth is, we all need someone to lean on sometimes. I want to help break the silence around men’s health and remind the men in our lives that asking for help is a sign of strength, and no one should have to face these struggles alone.

This Movember, I’m taking on three challenges:

MOVE: 400 km in 30 days! (561,000 steps)

CONNECT: 30 conversations with 30 different men about their health and well-being.

GROW: An epic moustache! Because the ladies secretly love it… or at least that’s what I’m telling myself!

If you’d like to support me, please follow my journey and donate using the link on this page. Every contribution means more to me than you know.

For those we’ve lost, those still fighting, and all the people who love them.

Thank you, sincerely, for being part of this journey and for helping me make a difference.

Markus

Hey, just wanted to say a big thank you for taking part in Movember and rocking that mustache! It might seem like a small thing, but what you’re doing brings awareness, starts conversations, and truly makes a difference.

Keep doing what you’re doing — your effort, your heart, and your commitment really stand out. Appreciate you for being part of something meaningful.
