Hello my friends. Once again I will be participating in the annual Movember campaign. This will be a milestone twelfth year for me. Over the years I have encouraged people to continue the conversation about men’s health while raising funds for Men’s Health Initiatives. Unfortunately Mental Illness, Prostrate cancer and Testicular cancer among other afflictions still continue to needlessly take Men’s lives every year. I strongly believe it’s important to take control of narrative and to remind men that they are not alone. That it’s ok to talk about one’s own health and in doing so, realizing that it’s not a sign of weakness but instead actually very liberating.

Please follow my journey this Movember as I take on three (3) challenges. First, I’ve decided once again to “Move” for Movember. My NEW target this year is 400 KM in 30 days which is a total of 524,935 steps. Also again this year, I will "give up" alcohol for the month. (Or until I hit my Target) Finally, I will try my best to annoy those around me and grow a fantastic and most epic moustache!
