My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

This year we're Made in Movember, bringing it back to men of action - the doers, the makers, the growers of world-changing moustaches. We are Mo Bros and Mo Sistas, locally grown, nationally known, changing the face of me. The Movember Foundation is the only global charity focused solely on men's health, so this Movember I'm getting on board. I'm raising funds to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and poor mental health. Help me stop men dying too young.

Movember is done and dusted for 2020. From the bottom of our clean-shaven hearts we thank you. With your help, we're shaking it up, revolutionizing research and changing the face of men’s health. We’re stoked to have you along for the ride.

There are those who nail Movember, and then there’s you. In a target-smashing league of your own, you’ve shown everyone what Movember is all about. Well done, and thanks.

Well done for a 3 man team! I bid you all good bye as I will be moving on next year. It has been a blast as I was one of the originals with BCNU Men In Nursing 10 years ago. Thank you to all and keep up the good work. Men In Nursing is a special breed and I was proud to be part of it.

We’re almost there.

Remind yourself and everyone around you why you’re doing Movember: the money you raise will help fund groundbreaking work in mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Every dollar will make a real difference in the lives of real men including myself and someone you know and/or love.

Men’s health is in crisis. Men are dying on average 6 years earlier than women, and for largely preventable reasons.

Unchecked, prostate cancer rates will double over the next 15 years. Globally, testicular cancer is the most common cancer among men aged 15-39 years of age. And across the world, one man dies by suicide every minute of every day, with males accounting for 75% of all suicides.

Movember is uniquely placed to address this crisis on a global scale. We fund groundbreaking projects all over the world, engaging men where they are to understand what works best and accelerate change.

From humble beginnings in Australia in 2003, the Movember movement has grown to be a truly global one, inspiring support from over 6 million Mo Bros and Mo Sisters around the world.

Movember's success can largely be attributed to the strength of the global community. Regardless of the city in which we live, we're part of something bigger, united by a commitment to help change the face of men’s health.

Help us continue what we started.

We’re taking them all on

Mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer – we’re taking them all on.

Since 2003, Movember has funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects around the world, challenging the status quo, shaking up men’s health research and transforming the way health services reach and support men.

We won’t forget 2020 in a hurry. With one global event after another, it’s been a rough one. Through it all, Movember’s mission has stayed the same: to stop men dying too young. As the world went into COVID-19 lockdown and staying connected was more important than ever, we launched Movember Conversations, a digital tool designed to give you the skills and confidence needed to reach out to someone who might be struggling. Movember Conversations was made possible thanks to Mo Bros, Mo Sisters and donours around the world.

Movember is finally here.

It’s time to kick off this hairy and wild ride.

The key to Movember is letting the world know why you’re doing it. Globally, men die 6 years earlier than women, and for largely preventable reasons. With your help, we’re raising much-needed funds and awareness to make change happen.

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
