My motivation

In 30 days, you’ll barely notice any change as I attempt to grow a mustache for your amusement. In the same way, the health and mental wellness of our brothers, fathers, sons, and friends is changing, and sometimes declining, right in front of us each day without any of us noticing.

I’m doing my part to help change the face of men's health, to raise awareness of men's mental health issues, and to help men have healthy minds and healthy junk.
