"I have been actively involved with the Movember foundation since 2013, raising awareness for mental and physical health as well as for providing alternative activities and events to support people with dealing with substance abuse issues. As someone who personally struggles with mental health and have many people across the world and in my circle affected by these issues, I find it extraordinarily important to leverage my Mo growing abilities and my network to raise awareness and funds for this cause. There are many initiatives and causes globally that need our support, so please feel free to support where you feel is necessary. We only have one body and one brain, and its important we take care of ourselves so we can be in a better position to support our community.
