My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Like many, Prostate Cancer impacted my family when my Father was diagnosed in his early fifties. Thanks in part to the initiatives funded by Prostate Cancer Canada he celebrated his 90th birthday on October 27, 2024.

This year once again I am also raising money and awareness for Men's Mental Wellness which remains "front of mind" as we navigate the changing face of what masculinity means in our world too often on our own in the wake of the isolation enforced by COVID-19 isolation.

It has never been more important to check in with your Bros. Thank you for doing same and for your donation.

We’re hammering into the third week of Movember, and the energy is electric! Whether you’re growing a stache, lifting for a cause, or building awareness, you’re laying a strong foundation for men’s health.

Keep swinging those hammers and raising the beams of support. Together, we’re constructing a healthier future for men everywhere.

Stay strong and keep it Mo'ing!

We’re in Week 2, and the competition is heating up!

The ’staches are starting to take shape, and the dedication across the board is incredible. With every dollar raised, we’re making strides for men’s health—and we’re not even halfway through the month!

Let’s keep that momentum rolling with a big Pringles day on Nov 14!

Remember, United We Mo!

Attention Construction Mos - It's time for liftoff!

The hairiest month of the year is here, and we’re ready to change the face of men’s health.

Whether you’re Growing, Moving, Hosting, or Mo’ing Your Own Way – we salute you! Every whisker grown, step taken, event hosted, or bold dare accepted helps Movember raise critical funds and awareness for men’s health.

Teams are already rising up the leaderboard for a shot at the Construction Challenge Trophy. Who will take it home this year?

Previous year's posts

Celebration Time! We're thrilled to announce the fantastic results of our 2023 Movember campaign – and boy, are we beaming with pride! The Mo Construction Challenge went above and beyond, raising a whopping $368,319. A massive round of applause to the phenomenal Ledcor Group of Companies, our Challenge champions, and a hearty congratulations to our top fundraiser, Craig Lesurf! A heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for your incredible efforts in bringing Movember to life. Your commitment is truly changing the face of men's health. With your unwavering support, we're not just breaking ground; we're soaring to new heights, reaching more men, and making a difference that counts. Dive into the final standings below – it's a feel-good extravaganza! Wishing you all the happiness this holiday season brings. United We Mo!

Thank-you for your commitment and support.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.

United We Mo!!!
