My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Like many, Prostate Cancer impacted my family when my Father was diagnosed in his early fifties. Thanks in part to the initiatives funded by Prostate Cancer Canada he celebrated his 91st birthday on October 27, 2025.

This year once again I am also raising money and awareness for Men's Mental Wellness which remains "front of mind" as we navigate the changing face of what masculinity means in our world too often on our own in the wake of the isolation enforced by COVID-19 isolation.

It has never been more important to check in with your Bros. Thank you for doing same and for your donation.

Previous year's posts

We’re proud to announce the final results of the 2024 Canadian Construction Challenge — and wow, what an incredible campaign it was!

This year, you contributed to a record-setting $967,652 raised, showing just how powerful this industry can be when it comes together for men’s health. There were 1479 participants from 241 teams that rallied for men’s health.

Now, to anoint a champion. With a remarkable $112,174 raised, Ledcor has pulled off the three-peat as our 2024 Canadian Construction Challenge champions. Craig Lesurf comes in as the top individual fundraiser with over $45K raised. Congrats Ledcor and Craig!

While Ledcor was our winner, we had our most competitive leaderboard ever this year. PCL was able to take home the silver and Gillam Group walked away with the bronze with Jermyn Lumber and Onni Group rounding out the top 5.

A huge round of applause to everyone involved this year, you should each take pride in the success of the challenge. Thank you for helping us build a future for men's health!

As we roll into December and gear up for the final week of the Construction Challenge, the leaderboard is stacked with impressive campaigns and record-breaking efforts. A huge shoutout to everyone who joined this year’s challenge to raise funds and spark vital conversations about men’s health. Your hard work is making an impact across worksites and communities. Thank you!

A quick reminder: we’ll crown our Construction Challenge champion on Tuesday, December 10th, at 5PM EST, when the leaderboard officially closes. While donations can still come in after this deadline, they won’t count toward the final standings.

JD! You are crushing it once again. Ever grateful for your ongoing support! Thank you!

Movember 30 is just around the corner—time to nail the final stretch!

Thank you for laying a rock-solid foundation of support throughout Movember.

As we gear up for the final pour, take a moment to admire the worksite—you’ve raised the roof for men’s health with every ‘stache, every event, and every dollar raised.

Mark your calendars: the leaderboards will officially close on Tuesday, December 10th, at 5 PM EST. That’s when we’ll crown our 2024 Movember champions for each challenge. While donations can still roll in after this deadline, they won’t count toward the leaderboard standings.

Let’s finish strong and build the future of men’s health together.

Thank you for being the hard hats behind this incredible movement!
