As the cobwebs come down and the twinkling lights go up, November 1st feels like a grand finale. But for me, it’s the opening pitch of Movember, the charity changing the face of men’s health one glorious ’mo at a time.

I’m growing a ’mo to back the big three: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental wellness, including suicide prevention. Think of it as upper-lip activism with serious impact and maximum swagger.
