My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

The Movember Foundation is a great avenue for conversation about men's health. Personally I've seen far too often men ignore their own health concerns and sacraficing their well being, only to suffer consequences for it down the line.

Too often men suffer alone in silence, or live in denial when they face mental and physical health problems. Most men I know work hard so they can give and provide for their family and community. With your help, we can work together so men do not have to choose between their health or helping those they love.

This is our 9th year participating in Movember. My goal, that I share with my team The Lakeside Loggers, is to raise awareness for men's mental health, support research efforts of testicular & prostate cancer, and look good doing it. It would mean a lot to my family and to and to all the men in your life as well with your support in our combined efforts. Please help us stop men from suffering and dying too young.

5 Hours. 5 Workouts. 5 times I honoured my commitment to my teammates on the Lakeside Loggers, and to all the great people that support us. To help encourage other men out there that they too can start to get moving. All you need to is show up. Pick an activity that you want to do, and do it. That care and effort you put in, will do tremendous things for your physical health, and your mental health. Just try it. Make the effort, get out, get active, and you will see just how great feel when after you start feeling those benefits.
