My motivation

Cancer sucks. Unfortunately, many of us know friends, colleagues, and family that have been diagnosed with cancer.

This is deeply personal for me and might be for you too. I am running for my father, who was diagnosed with stage four cancer this past spring. This has shaken our world, but his strength, warmth, and grit are traits I truly admire and think about every day.

Let’s run and raise money to help advance cancer research and do our small part to give hope, love, and support to all of those who have been affected by cancer - past, present, or future. Let’s run to stay fit, have fun, and strengthen our community.

This Movember, our team - The 1K² Crew, aims to walk or run 1,000 kms between October and November and raise money for cancer research and supports in the process.
