Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

On May 19, 2025, I'm walking 100 kms in a single day to celebrate being alive for 60 years.
May 19 is my 60th birthday!

I'll think about my brother-in-law, Aleks, who died far too young, from colon cancer.
I'll think about my Mom, Rita, who suffered from mental illness and attempted suicide at least twice.
And I'll think about my own struggles with mental health, and how lucky I feel to be alive, and able to direct my energy at something so luxurious as a long walk.
