My motivation

Many men use mental health services during their darkest hour, including me. Supporting these services ensure that guys can have somewhere to turn to when they can't find anywhere else. The Movember campaign has reminded me that I'm not alone when I struggled with my depression in the past, and I have personally used its recommended services and read through other's posts when I needed something to lean on.
