Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. A few years ago, I lost an uncle to prostate cancer, which came suddenly and as a shock to my family. Sometimes loss can come when we least expect it. Navigating recent social conversations around gender roles and masculinity has afforded men more space to express internal struggles around mental health, and managing these challenges. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.
