I'm supporting Movember because men's health is something deeply personal to me. Way too often, issues like mental health, prostate cancer, and suicide go unspoken about, leaving so many to struggle in silence. By growing a mustache and raising awareness, I hope to spark conversations, remind men that it's okay to seek help, and contribute to a movement that's saving lives. Every small action can make a huge difference, and together, we can change the face of men's health.
